We took some snowmobiles and atv's across the river to George Lake to do some ice fishing for pike. We used frozen herring, large soft plastic jigs that look like fish, and large spoons. Fishing was pretty slow. We caught only about 10 northern pike among 7 guys. I only caught one medium sized one. My friends dad caught the biggest one. It was huge, about 40 inches.
