Catfish Caught Through Hole in the Ground

Check out this cool fishing video. Somewhere in Brazil, they fish through holes in the “ground” for large catfish. The “ground” is actually a large floating mat of vegetation, with water and fish underneath. They dig the holes through the floating vegetation with post hole diggers, then drop their bait into the hole and wait for the catfish to bite. The fishing is comparable to ice fishing in the winter, except that the weather is warmer.

This is definitely an interesting way of fishing that I would like to try.
